This is the working day for a sensor health assessment and for the slower remote-station walk. It is not a product tour.
Gate and brief
We arrive with the escort brief you sent. If the gate name differs from the map, we follow the gate. Cabinets you marked closed stay closed.
Route and tags
We walk your whiteboard names, not a fresh numbering scheme. Each sensor gets a photo of the label as it exists, even if the letters are sun-faded.
Reference reading
A handheld reference sits next to the process wherever it is safe. We note sun, wind, and whether the asset was running. Disagreements are written as disagreements, not as a single ‘health score’.
Gateway cabinet
Power, buffer, and whether last night’s cycle exists in the local file. Sleeping gateways are a common remote-asset failure and they are ordinary to photograph.
Close-out
A short talk with the escort: what we opened, what we refused, what should wait for a fitter. The packet follows within five working days.
