These terms govern use of the website at resource-flowhub.digital and the purchase of field assessments described on this site. The local tracking utility, where obtained through Veve, is licensed under the terms presented at that listing and is a local data tracking and analytical utility only.

Acceptance

By browsing this website or booking a visit by phone or email, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not request a visit and do not use the utility.

What we provide

Resource Flowhub provides on-site and desk reviews of sensors and related records for IoT device analytics and remote asset monitoring. Written packets are informational. They are not engineering stamps, legal expert reports, or financial advice unless a separate written appointment says otherwise.

What we are not

Resource Flowhub is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software in respect of the application, and a field assessment practice in respect of visits. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. We do not hold funds or cryptocurrency, access private keys, execute transactions, or advise on investments.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and original photographs we take on a paid visit remain our copyright until the field packet is delivered; upon delivery, you may keep and copy the packet for internal operations. You may not present our packet as a third-party certification. Trademarks of other parties remain theirs. Binance® and MARVEL marks are used only as required for compatibility and informational notices.

Site rules and safety

You must provide truthful access conditions, an escort where your rules require one, and isolation of circuits you do not want opened. We may refuse confined space, live exposed conductors, or weather that makes ladder work unsafe. Refusal for safety is not a breach by Resource Flowhub.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost production, or decisions you take after reading a packet. Our aggregate liability for a visit is limited to the fees paid for that visit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Georgia.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country code GE). Courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent safety or IP relief where the asset sits.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The date of the posted version controls new bookings. Existing confirmed visit dates keep the terms as they stood on the confirmation email.
